Alexis has advised public and private companies as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies across a range of sectors, including technology, energy, real estate, food services, transportation and healthcare.
Alexis has practiced law in New York and Miami as an associate at top international law firms and has worked as a business strategist in the digital media industry.
